Paulina San Millan is Vice President of Business Development at Intersect Illinois, the state’s private sector business recruitment organization. In this capacity, she oversees projects and develops strategies to market the State of Illinois, attract opportunities and respond to projects. With 14 years of experience in economic development, San Millan supported local businesses while they became export-ready with the Small Business Development Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. During her time in New Mexico, she also served as a catalyst for business attraction and site selection at New Mexico Partnership and Newmark Knight Frank.
