Sean Parks is a Senior Manager of Capacity for James Hardie Building Products. His work focuses on strategic projects that enable capacity and lower costs for the business. He brings a wealth of manufacturing experience to his current role as he spent 21 of his 27 years at James Hardie in manufacturing leadership roles, with 16 of those years as a Plant Manager at numerous locations. He was instrumental in choosing the recently announced greenfield site in Crystal City, Missouri and was involved in every step of the process.
