An active force in St. Louis commercial real estate since 1999, Matt Hrubes joined CBRE as a Senior Vice President in January 2021 focusing on Industrial brokerage leasing, tenant representation and sales. He has extensive representing office and industrial tenants and owners. Prior to joining CBRE, he worked as the St. Louis Market Leader for Duke Realty Corporation for more than 9 years, helping to develop over 2.5 million square feet of industrial properties for companies such as Amazon, Reckitt Benckiser and Best Buy.
