As a partner for Panattoni Development in St. Louis and Indianapolis, Mark is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization’s activities in those markets. Overall, Mark has been involved in the development of approximately 10 million square feet of commercial real estate and 2,300 acres of land with an aggregate value in excess of $1 billion. Mark is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Missouri Growth Association and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

Scott, also acts as Executive Development Manager for the development of Fenton Logistics Park and oversees USCD’s National Corporate BTS platform. Scott has developed strong government relationships while working in the municipal planning and economic development arena.
